By accessing and using VocabNest, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

VocabNest is an online language learning platform that provides interactive lessons, vocabulary building tools, and personalized learning experiences. Our service includes chrome extension, mobile applications, and related educational content.

User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

Account Responsibilities

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to our service. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the service.

Payment and Subscriptions

  • Some features of VocabNest may require payment
  • Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access until the end of your billing period
